There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

Shannon is the best real estate agent ever. We had recently transplanted here from New York and although we had leased a place, we wanted a home to call our own. Initially, I was doing my own searches and was house hunting all the time. It was during one of these open houses that I came in contact with Shannon. She asked me what we wanted, what we didn't want and best of all...SHE LISTENED!!! She only took us to see houses that fit our criteria and had/has the patience of a saint...really. We decided to stop our search during the Christmas/New Year holiday and she was very understanding. She continued to send me listings, just in case there was something I might like, and when we were ready to start looking again, she took up the challenge like a champ. I believe we saw over 50 houses (maybe even more). We finally decided on a home and she held our hand, did all the homework, and helped us with the title company, insurance, and everything else you can think of. Shannon was the realtor I chose when I had to sell my late sister’s home. Throughout the entire process, Shannon was a true professional.
